What are the store opening hours?
Monday: 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Tuesday – Saturday: 9:30 am – 1:30 pm / 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Sunday: closed for rest and family time
How do I get there?
By car: Via Il Prato 53-55/R, street parking with payment
By bus: Tram from Train Station “Santa Maria Novella”, first stop “Leopolda” 5 minute walk on via Il Prato. Bus C2 from “Piazza dell’Unità”, stop “Rotonda Barbetti”, from “Stazione Leopolda”, stop “Il Prato – Baby Bottega”
Is there a changing table and nursing area?
Of course! You are more than welcome to stop by during our store hours with your little ones. We certainly know how hard it is to find a decent changing table and some privacy for breastfeeding in the center!
How can I make an appointment to meet in person and discuss a project?

How can I make an appointment to speak on Skype or on the phone?
We will reply to your email requests for our Design Services and establish an appointment via Skype or telephone if needed.
What are the fees for Design Services?
Rates start at €70 for a project consultation and vary according to package selected. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for specific pricing.
Do you do only children interiors?
We are specialized in children interiors but many clients request our services as residential interior designers. With our experience and services we enjoy making families feel comfortable in a home tailored to their lifestyles.

What do the listed prices include?
The listed prices include VAT which is the 21% in Italy. Shipping costs, promotions or personal vouchers are not included.
What if I made a mistake and want to change or cancel a pending order?

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Throughout continental Italy, except Calabria, the order is estimated to be delivered within 24 hours, as long as it is placed by 12 am and on a working day (an order confirmed by 12 am on a Friday shall be delivered next Tuesday)
In Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, the delivery time is 48 hours with the same conditions.
For UE member countries the delivery time varies according to the country and will be communicated at a later time. National holidays and labor strikes do not apply.
How can I trace my order?
When the shipment is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email with the tracking details for your purchase.
I have received a coupon, how can I use it?
Please insert coupon and promotional codes during the payment procedure online. These special offers and vouchers are valid for 90 days unless otherwise listed and can only be used once.
What are the accepted payment methods?
All major credit cards are accepted. If needed, wire transfers can be arranged by contacting our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org

Where does Baby Bottega deliver its products to?
Is it possible to ship outside of the European Union?
For non EU member countries, products can be shipped subject to an agreement with Baby Bottega and the acceptance of the quote for the shipping rates.
How are the products delivered?
Products are exclusively delivered through our partner carriers: Bartolini Express for Italy and TNT for the rest of the world.
How can I check the progress of my order?
An email shipping notice will be sent to you once the parcel has been dispatched with the tracking number corrisponding to your order.
How are the items packaged?
All the items sold by Baby Bottega come with their original packaging. Each product is then enclosed in a parcel that is sealed with Baby Bottega adhesives. Please notify us before opening a package that has signs of tampering or the adhesives are broken which may be a sign of tampering or theft.
What if there are any problems with the delivery?
If there are any concerns regarding the delivery (missing pieces, delay, damage, etc.) you must notify Baby Bottega as soon as possible by writing an e-mail to email@example.com
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Is it possible to request an exchange or to return a product?
Yes, it is possible to return or exchange an item if the request is made within and not later than ten days from the delivery of the purchased goods. Please send us your exchange or return request by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. See our Returns and Exchange policy.
